application software and appropriate software drivers are constantly
upgraded qualified and professional service is needed that will be able
to satisfy the customers requirements and needs. The necessary support
is offered via phone, via e-mail or the company’s WEB site which is in
constant process of upgrading.
And finally, but in no case at least important, as it is usually said
are RMA activities which provides complete client’s satisfaction with
the company’s services. Normally, according to the positive law
regulations in Macedonia twelve months of warranty period is offered at
customer disposal (of course unless otherwise stated in the accompanied
documents issued with the products).
In that period
Viwarta Computers Ltd. is obliged to repair any malfunctions and remove
any technical inconsistencies that would occur in normal-way use of the
products free of charge. Efforts are made, in consultations with the
manufactures of course, the warranty period to be longer.
